Conversations About Great Ideas: Mortimer Adler’s Great Ideas
Join Seabe Calhoun in learning about the Six Great Ideas: Truth, Goodness, Beauty (the ideas we judge by) and Liberty, Equality and Justice (the ideas we act on). These are the basis for Adler’s book The Six Great Ideas and part of his classic series of television programs aired on San Francisco’s PBS station more than 50 years ago. This interactive class will view Adler’s programs and discuss how we continue to learn and how these techniques can be improved and strengthened by discussing great ideas as we mature.
