The Pacific Islands in the 21st century: an overview
The public is invited to a lecture on “The Pacific Islands in the 21st Century: An Overview” on Tuesday, April 1 at 7 p.m. in the University of Hawai`i at Hilo’s University Classroom Building 100. There is no admission charge.
The talk will be given by Professor Robert Kiste, the former director of the Center for Pacific Islands Studies at UH Manoa and a leading expert on the contemporary Pacific Islands.
Kiste’s talk is sponsored by the UH Hilo Geography Department and the UH Hilo Pacific Islands Studies Program.
