Refunds due to a complete withdrawal, change from full-time to part-time, drop in credit hours or change from one tuition rate to another are processed after the end of the 50% drop period within 4 weeks for that semester.
NOTE: Student activity fees are not refunded unless the student is completely withdrawn from all campuses of the University of Hawai'i system on or before the last day of late registration (add period) as established at each institution.

If you paid by cash or check, a refund check, payable to the student, will be mailed to the student's mailing address on file in the student information system. Please verify and update your Mailing Address, as all refund checks will be mailed to your address in the following priority:
- Mailing Address
- Permanent Address (If Mailing Address is blank)
Address corrections can be made online through MyUH Online Services or in-person at any campus Records Office.
If you have a financial hold with the University of Hawaii, your refund may be delayed until the obligation is cleared.
