Environmental Health & Safety Office
Welcome! The Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO) is a service unit under the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative Affairs. It is the Mission of the University of Hawaii at Hilo's EHSO to ensure a safe campus environment for Faculty, Staff, Students, and Visitors.
EHSO endeavors to achieve this goal through the development and administration of health and safety programs critical to the University experience. Through partnering with the UH Mānoa Environmental Health and Safety Office, we are able to provide a wide array of programs, manuals, and training to ensure that the University of Hawaii at Hilo personnel are able to receive the information they need.
